Account Development

At MICROS we believe in customer excellence and therefore, to continually deliver a high quality service to our customers we have recently launched an account development programme that specifically looks at how we engage with our customers, how they use our applications and what benefits they are currently gaining from our world-class products and services.

This account development programme includes: assessing our clients’ needs, evaluating their goals and objectives to gain a greater understanding of their expectations, expanding our training facilities and pro-actively managing our client communications. To compliment the programme, we will be hosting a number of client seminars, user forums, customer surveys and newsletters throughout 2008.
